King Noodle is a small, family-owned shop in Seattle Chinatown. The same hands have worked the pots for fifteen years — not one broth, but a full selection of homemade bases, each simmered from scratch. Nothing on the menu is outsourced, and nothing about the place pretends to be bigger than it is.
